Your 6-Month Journey with PEAK
MONTH 1: OPERATIONAL DIAGNOSTICS & STRATEGIC GOAL SETTING
We start with a comprehensive operational audit, analyzing your practice’s processes, financials, and team structure to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for growth. We’ll also create a growth map based on your current and future growth.
You’ll have a clear understanding of where your practice stands and what’s required to optimize it for sustainable growth; plus a strategic map of our next 6 months of growth together.
MONTH 2: ORGANIZATIONAL ARCHITECTURE & RESOURCE OPTIMIZATION
This month focuses on refining your organizational infrastructure. We’ll assess your org chart, realigning roles and resources to ensure optimal functionality. This includes a detailed resource audit with your staff to maximize efficiency across all platforms and systems.
You have the right people in the right roles, your team will function at peak efficiency and every individual will be able to contribute to the overall vision and growth of your practice.
MONTH 3: STRATEGIC DELEGATION & ACCOUNTABILITY SYSTEMS
We’ll begin implementing a structured delegation framework, empowering your team to take ownership of their responsibilities while simultaneously working to reduce your workload. We’ll also establish accountability protocols to ensure every task is tracked and executed effectively.

This month, you’ll concentrate on elevating your leadership skills and refining the processes that define your team's experience within your practice environment. You will lead with confidence, foster a thriving workplace where your team feels valued and your processes are honed in, and create an environment that aligns with your vision for success.
MONTH 5: PROCESS ENGINEERING & OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
We’ll streamline existing processes and implement new, efficient workflows to save time and reduce expenses, making it easier for your team to operate effectively.
Your entire practice will experience smoother operations and increased productivity leading to decreased admin time, less human error and an overall better experience for you, your staff, and your clients.
MONTH 6: SUSTAINABILITY & GROWTH PLANNING
We’ll create comprehensive SOPs and training manuals and provide staff training to support your new and existing systems and processes - ensuring your team is equipped to manage them independently. We’ll wrap up by developing a 90-day growth plan to keep your practice on its current upward trajectory.
