We start with a free consultation to hear your story, your vision, and the pain points holding you back. We’ll also ask questions about your practice’s stage, team, and goals so we can recommend the role that fits you best.

We match you to the right role and level of support based on your budget, capacity, and immediate needs. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions at Boss Co.

Once we’ve agreed to a role and pricing, we’ll schedule a kickoff call with you, Boss Co CEO Brie Chrisman, and your assigned point of contact. We’ll talk about communication styles, what we can take off your plate now, and prioritizing projects for quick wins.

Boss Co gets to work! That could mean managing inboxes and scheduling, setting up HR processes, or leading your team meetings. We’ll stay in touch as we learn your style, but quickly the rhythm becomes seamless.

We’ll track our hours worked against your monthly budget and check in regularly so there are no surprises. If your needs grow, we can scale your support—adding hours or team members as your practice expands. Many Boss Co clients start with Operations Assistance and grow to need HR Manager or Practice Director support.
