Operations Management Package Includes:

  • We will assist with deliverable implementation, schedule tracking, team management, etc to make sure your project is executed efficiently and effectively.

    (Additional fees may apply based on the scope of the project.)

  • We work within your business systems from a global level to ensure that your business is running as efficiently as possible and will help you adjust as needed to ensure that efficiency.

  • We can help you and your team stay on track with your tasks by setting up a task management system and keeping you accountable.

  • We facilitate team management by creating a buffer so that you are not bombarded with all of your teams’ needs. Examples of support include submitting payroll, engaging with your team to ensure their needs are met, overseeing team meetings/presentations, etc.

  • Similar to operations management, we make sure your software is running as efficiently as possible. This may include getting rid of programs that don’t work for you, implementing new ones, troubleshooting problems, or adjusting your workflow to make sure it’s the best process for you and your team.

  • If you are a service provider, you most likely have a handful of clients or more. Onboarding those clients can be time consuming at best. We will help create a process that streamlines that process for you as well as implementing the process with your team to make sure clients are onboarded correctly and quickly.

  • We will work together in the first month of your contract to come up with what analytics you want to track, what processes in your business need to be scrutinized, etc. We will decide how often audits need to occur and will adjust as needed to fit your company’s needs.

  • As an entrepreneur growing your business, you have most likely been head down focused on your client’s work and taking things on month by month (or week by week). We want to make sure you are fully sitting in your CEO role and that means looking at where you’ve been and planning out where you want to go. We will have quarterly CEO/OBM meetings to make sure you’re hitting your goals and pivoting as new challenges arise.

  • As you grow, you will need to make some hard decisions about your business: Should you bring on a new team member? Is it time to outsource admin tasks? Do you need to pivot your services? We will work together to brainstorm and make sure you are confident in your decisions.

  • An operations manager can be an integral part of your team. That means we will be available for troubleshooting, brainstorming, and anything else you need within the scope of our services during normal business hours.

  • These are check-in meetings to make sure that we are working on the most important issues, problems, or projects in your business and planning for the upcoming month.

In order to create effective change in your business, OBM contracts require
a minimum 6 month commitment.
