Let’s get some sh*t accomplished.
How to use:
Choose a task (or group of small tasks) that you want to complete.
Close out all email, turn off notifications, turn your phone over… seriously, do it.
Click the timer to start your 25 minutes.
Once your 25 minutes is up, take a 5 minute stretch break. Yes, actually stand up and stretch your body.
Do 2-3 more rounds then take a 15 minute break.
Get yourself a snack. You just got a TON done and you deserve it!
